Here is the latest flip we are working on.  The house was built in 1975.  It is a bank repo.  The terrible things that were done to this house!  We made the decision to completely gut the bathroom.  New tub, vantiy, toilet, paint, and tile the floor and shower.  Our budget is $2K.

The vanity was actually 2 cabinets with a large space in the middle. Made no sense at all.

We are removing the old tile, and putting in a standard white tub, one that is a lot deeper.
